Silicon-Ferrous-Aluminum (Si-Fe-Al) is an advanced soft-magnetic alloy made from a controlled combination of iron, silicon, and aluminum. Adding aluminum improves electrical resistivity, reduces eddy-current losses, and enhances corrosion resistance — while silicon helps achieve good magnetic permeability and stable performance under AC conditions.

This alloy is widely used where low core loss, durability, lightweight construction, and long service life are required. It is available in strips, laminations, wound cores, and custom magnetic components.
